We’re hiring an experienced Site Manager to lead a £10M commercial fit-out and cut & carve project in Central London. This is a standout opportunity to take ownership of a complex, design-led scheme for a forward-thinking contractor specialising in high-end interiors and structural refurbishments.
The Project
* £10M value | 12-month programme | Central London
* Full Cat B fit-out with extensive cut & carve works: basement alterations, structural removals, new floor additions
* High-spec finishes, intricate coordination, and challenging sequencing in a live city environment
* Supported by a visiting Project Manager and strong commercial/design teams
Your Role
* Lead daily site operations, ensuring programme and quality targets are met
* Coordinate trades and manage site logistics in a constrained urban setting
* Maintain safety, compliance, and best practice standards
* Liaise with clients, consultants, and subcontractors to resolve issues proactively
* Deliver premium finishes to exacting specifications
What You’ll Bring
* Proven track record in Cat A/B fit-out or structural refurb projects (£5M+)
* Experience with main contractors or D&B specialists
* Strong leadership, communication, and technical coordination skills
* Confident interpreting drawings and managing complex details
* Skilled in logistics and maintaining momentum on tight city sites
