Your new role:

Key responsibilities:
- Oversee all financial and contractual aspects of civil projects.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
- Prepare detailed tender and contract documents, including bills of quantities.
- Conduct risk assessments, value management, and cost control.
- Provide expert advice on contractual claims and disputes.
- Analyse project outcomes and compile comprehensive progress reports.
- Stay updated on current building contracts and industry standards.
- Collaborate effectively with clients, contractors, and stakeholders.
Requirements:
- Degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in a similar role within the construction industry.
- In-depth knowledge of construction processes and contract law.
- Strong analytical and numerical skills.
- Proficiency in relevant software (e.g., MS Office, project management tools).
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- The ability to work both independently and as part of a dynamic team.
