Project Manager
A client-focused construction consultancy in Central London is seeking a confident Project Manager to lead commercial, residential and mixed-use developments across the city. This is an excellent opportunity for a Project Manager to join a dynamic consultancy known for delivering high-quality, sustainable developments.
The Project Manager will take full ownership of multiple schemes, reporting directly to clients and leading multidisciplinary teams. The ideal Project Manager will have a strong background in consultancy project delivery and be comfortable managing stakeholders in high-pressure environments. This role would suit a Project Manager seeking a clear path to Senior level.
The Project Manager's role
The Project Manager will manage multiple projects from feasibility through to completion, overseeing cost control, procurement, programme management, and stakeholder engagement. You will liaise with both public and private sector clients and ensure successful project delivery across all RIBA stages.

The Project Manager
3+ years' experience in a consultancy setting
Degree in Project Management, Construction, or a related discipline
MRICS, MAPM or working towards chartership
Excellent client-facing and communication skills
London project experience preferred
