Assistant Project Manager

A Leeds-based construction consultancy is looking for a confident Project Manager to join their expanding project management team. The Project Manager will lead on a range of developments, including education, commercial and mixed-use schemes across the region.

This is an excellent opportunity for a Project Manager who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and is looking to take on more responsibility. The Project Manager will be supported with a strong team structure and have opportunities to progress to Senior level.

The Project Manager's role

The Project Manager will deliver projects through all RIBA stages, managing stakeholder communication, monitoring budgets and coordinating teams. You'll have full ownership of your own projects, reporting directly to clients.

The Project Manager

3+ years in a consultancy setting

MRICS, MAPM or working towards

Degree in a construction-related discipline

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Ability to manage multiple schemes at once

£45,000 – £55,000 per annum
