Introduction

Acorn by Synergie is seeking an Industrial Flooring Engineer to join our client's expert installation team. This hands-on role involves assisting in the safe and efficient installation of Industrial Flooring Systems (primary) and Industrial Pallet Racking (secondary) at customer sites across the UK.

Key Duties:

Assist with the swift and safe installation of industrial flooring and pallet racking systems in line with specifications and drawings.

Work closely with the Team Leader to ensure installations are completed to client satisfaction and sign-off.

Maintain a tidy and safe work area at all times.

Adhere to all on-site health and safety procedures.

Support teams on other sites when required.

Requirements:

Practical, hands-on individual with strong attention to detail.

Reliable, punctual, and well-presented.

Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Able to handle materials safely.

Valid driving licence (trailer towing experience beneficial).

Flexibility to travel and stay away overnight as needed.

Training provided (if not already qualified):

IPAF.

SIERS Supervisor Level.

CSCS.

Forklift and Reach Truck.

Product-specific training.

What We Offer:

Salary: £28,000-£30,000 per annum, with clear progression opportunities.

Overtime paid at 1.5x standard hourly rate.

£50 overnight bonus.

45 hours per week, Monday-Friday.

28 days' holiday (including bank holidays).
