Our Client:

We are currently seeking an experienced Site Works Manager to join our client's team on an Airforce Base near Wallingford. This is a minimum 3-month contract, with the potential for extension based on performance and ongoing project requirements.

The Role:

As Site Works Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day site operations, ensuring that all works are delivered safely, efficiently, and to the highest standard in a secure environment. You’ll coordinate with site teams, subcontractors, and the client to meet programme deadlines while maintaining quality and compliance with site regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and oversee site activity, ensuring adherence to health & safety policies

*

Coordinate trades and subcontractors to ensure timely progress

*

Liaise with the client and stakeholders on-site progress and issues

*

Carry out regular site inspections and progress reports

*

Ensure work is carried out in line with specifications and drawings

*

Problem-solving and ensuring works stay on schedule

Requirements:

*

Proven experience in a Site Manager / Site Supervisor role

*

Valid SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid at Work

*

Previous experience working on MOD or secure sites preferred

*

Able to pass security clearance if required

*

Strong organisational and leadership skills
