Job Title: Project Quantity Surveyor
Location: Trafford, Greater Manchester
Salary: £50,000-£53,000 (depending on experience)

Are you a quantity surveyor with the ability to effectively manage planned maintenance and voids projects across social housing properties?

We are working with an established housing provider and developer, that are looking for a project quantity surveyor to be responsible for the financial and contractual administration of maintenance, voids and disrepair works across their Manchester housing stock.

As Project Quantity Surveyor, you will;

Manage all commercial aspects of assigned works

Prepare, monitor, and control project budgets, forecasts, and cash flows

Procure and manage subcontractor and supplier packages

Administer contracts, including variations and valuations

Provide regular cost reports and ensure financial targets are met

Manage and support the assistant quantity surveyor

Be the go to for the region when it comes to process implementation

As Project Quantity Surveyor, it is required that you;

Degree or equivalent qualification in Quantity Surveying or a related field

Demonstrable experience managing residential/social housing projects

Knowledge of NHF schedule of rates

Excellent commercial awareness and attention to detail

Strong negotiation and communication skills

Ability to work independently and collaboratively across teams

As Project Quantity Surveyor, you will receive;

£50,000-£53,000 salary with £1,300 allowance

28 days annual leave (plus bank holidays)

Up to 12% pension contributions
