Technical Service Advisor – Southern Region & London

We’re working with a leading name in the construction products industry who are looking for a Technical Service Advisor to join their team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a practical, hands-on background who enjoys being out on site and solving real-world technical challenges.

The Role

Covering the Southern Area and London, you’ll provide on-site technical support across a range of resilient flooring systems. You’ll be the link between customers, sales, and the technical team – visiting sites, carrying out surveys, resolving technical issues, and ensuring everything runs smoothly.

It’s a varied and rewarding role where you’ll be involved in everything from supporting trade days and training contractors to helping identify and resolve product or installation challenges on site. You’ll also spend some time at the showroom, assisting with product demonstrations and customer visits.

Key Responsibilities

* Carry out site visits and surveys across the southern region, providing technical advice and support.

* Investigate and resolve product or installation issues, working closely with customers and the internal technical team.

* Support trade days, training sessions and product demonstrations.

* Handle technical complaints professionally and efficiently, following the company’s process.

* Liaise with Area Sales Managers and the Technical Manager to ensure customers receive the highest level of service.

* Always promote and adhere to company Health & Safety standards.

About You

* Ideally, you’ll have some experience in flooring, adhesives, construction materials, or technical site support.

* A practical problem-solver who enjoys finding solutions and working with customers.

* Confident communicator who can build relationships at all levels.

* Well organised, self-motivated, and comfortable working independently.

* Full UK driving licence required.
