We’re working with a long-established M&E Contractor with a strong reputation for delivering high-quality building services projects across Yorkshire and beyond. They’re now looking to appoint an Electrical Estimator to join their pre-construction team.

You’ll be responsible for the preparation and submission of accurate electrical estimates on a variety of commercial, industrial, and residential schemes. Working closely with the wider pre-construction and project delivery teams, you’ll take projects from initial enquiry through to tender submission.

The Role:

Prepare detailed electrical estimates from design drawings and specifications

*

Liaise with suppliers and subcontractors to obtain competitive quotations

*

Produce accurate cost plans and tender documentation

*

Attend client meetings and support the pre-construction process through to handover

The Person:

*

Proven experience as an Electrical Estimator within a building services or M&E contracting environment

*

Strong technical knowledge of electrical systems and installation methods

*

Confident interpreting drawings, specifications, and tender documentation

*

Excellent communication and commercial awareness
