The Role: Quantity Surveyor
We’re looking for a motivated Quantity Surveyor to manage all aspects of commercial activity on projects—from pricing variations and interim valuations to assessing subcontractor accounts and supporting tenders and framework bids.
Key Responsibilities:
* Plan, manage, and monitor commercial activities to achieve project objectives
* Ensure profit targets are met and cash/margin is optimised in line with company processes
* Review and submit all Applications For Payment and finalise jobs ready for invoicing
* Approve contra charges and cost transfers
What We’re Looking For:
* Experience with NHF Schedule of Rates
* Strong business analysis and reporting skills
* Flexible, proactive, and ready to assist during busy periods
