Assistant Project Manager – Retail Construction – London
Salary: £50,000 + Package
Location: London & surrounding areas
An established retail fit-out and refurbishment contractor is looking for an Assistant Project Manager to join their growing team.
This is an excellent opportunity for a Site Manager looking to take the next step in their career and progress into project management.
The Role:
You’ll support the delivery of fast-track retail projects across London and the South East — from full store refurbishments to new space developments.
You’ll work closely with senior management, clients, and site teams to ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and to the highest standard.
Requirements:
* Black CSCS Card
* SMSTS
* 3-Day First Aid
* Experience within retail construction is essential
* Previous experience on Sainsbury’s projects would be a strong advantage
* Strong communication and organisational skills
* Ability to manage subcontractors and drive site progress
