The Building Surveyor's Role
Working across sectors such as Commercial, Education, Health, and Residential, you will contribute to a wide range of projects, including refurbishments, energy efficiency upgrades, and new builds. Collaborating closely with senior surveyors, project teams, and clients, you will help ensure projects are delivered efficiently, safely, and to the highest standard. This is a hands-on role with excellent opportunities for professional growth and career progression.
The Successful Building Surveyor Will Have
Qualifications:
* 2-4 years' post-graduate experience in building surveying or a related discipline
* Commitment to ongoing professional development, ideally working towards APC
Knowledge and Attributes:
* Strong technical knowledge of building surveying practices and regulations
* Proactive, confident, and able to take ownership of tasks
* Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset
* Passion for delivering high-quality, sustainable solutions
In Return:
* £45,000 – £55,000
