Director

A London-based construction consultancy, which continues to grow, is seeking to appoint a high-calibre Quantity Surveying Director with experience in the residential/living sector.

The Director's role

The Partners are open to considering either an Associate Quantity Surveyor or Associate Director seeking a step up, or a Quantity Surveyor already operating at Director level for another PQS / Consultancy practice.

The successful Director will play a leading role within the residential/living portfolio – working closely with clients, helping to deliver and win work, and managing the team.

The Director (Quantity Surveyor)

Ideally MRICS-qualified
A strong PQS/consultancy background
A proven track record within the residential/living sector
Strong managerial and client-facing skills
The ability to deliver projects successfullyIn Return?

£100,000 – £120,000
