O'Neill & Brennan are looking to speak with experienced Quantity Surveyors in relation to a permanent role for a leading contractor based in Coventry.

The team are looking for a dynamic surveyor to join a major multi-million pound residential development in the heart of Coventry City Centre.

Applicants must have experience working on large commercial construction schemes for principal contractors to be considered for this position.

This is an excellent opportunity for a mid-level Quantity Surveyor to progress their career to a Senior level whilst leading a team around them. Responsible for letting sub contract orders and materials whilst reporting to a Commercial Manager.
