Design Manager

I’m currently recruiting on behalf of my client a Leading Tier 1 Main Contractor an experienced Design Manager in the Derby area.

Your Role as Design Manager Will Include:

* Managing and coordinating the full design process, aligning with client and construction requirements

* Leading design meetings with clients, consultants, and subcontractors

* Reviewing and managing design deliverables including drawings, technical submittals, and packages

* Ensuring quality control through site inspections and design reviews

Required:

* New build Education and HMP refurbishment projects.

* You will be required to travel to the projects 2/3 times a week.

* Tier 1Main Contractor experience

* Our client who is based in the Derby area is searching for a Design Manager willing to travel

Immediate start, salary circa £75/80K this will be based on experience plus £5k car allowance.
