The Opportunity: 

They're seeking an Assistant Quantity Surveyor/Surveyor (or a talented Junior QS with the right attributes) to join their dynamic commercial team on some of the most high-end, luxury schemes ever delivered in the companies history. 

You’ll be joining a well-structured project teams across multiple live projects. This is a fantastic opportunity to develop your technical and commercial skills on a flagship scheme, supported by strong mentorship and clear progression opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist with procurement of subcontract packages and supplier engagement.
Support with cost management, valuations, and financial reporting.
Review and process subcontractor applications and payments.
Prepare and issue purchase orders and assist with invoicing.
Maintain accurate records of variations, changes, and project costs.
Collaborate closely with the project and site teams to ensure commercial success. Quantity Surveyors are primarily site-based across Central and West London, giving you invaluable exposure to on-site operations and client interactions. With some days in the Central London head office also incorporated. 

About You: 

We’re looking for someone who is:

Ideally qualified (HNC/HND/Degree) in Quantity Surveying or a related discipline.
Enthusiastic, ambitious, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.
A strong communicator with excellent attention to detail.
Confident working both independently and as part of a collaborative team. This role would suit an Assistant QS seeking to advance their career — or a Junior QS with strong potential and the right attitude to grow.
