Are you an experienced Quantity Surveyor looking to take the next step in your career? Our client, a leading London-based construction consultancy, is seeking a Project Quantity Surveyor or Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their growing team.

The Role

You’ll play a key role in delivering a diverse range of projects across the Commercial, Healthcare, and Residential sectors. This is an opportunity to work with an established team of professionals on both pre- and post-contract stages, ensuring projects are delivered efficiently, profitably, and to the highest quality standards.

Responsibilities

Manage all aspects of cost management from inception to completion

*

Prepare and manage tender documents, contracts, and procurement processes

*

Provide accurate cost advice and value engineering solutions

*

Oversee project budgets and financial reporting

*

Collaborate closely with clients, contractors, and design teams

*

Support junior staff and contribute to business development as needed

About You

*

Degree qualified in Quantity Surveying or a related discipline

*

Ideally MRICS or working towards chartership

*

Proven experience within Commercial, Healthcare, or Residential sectors

*

Strong communication and client-facing skills

*

Ability to manage multiple projects independently
