Site Assistant

Site Assistant (Afternoon) – Independent School, Berkshire

Salary: £20,000 – £22,000 (depending on experience)
Contract: Permanent, Part-Time (All Year Round)
Hours: 1pm – 6pm, 25 hours per week
Start Date: ASAP

A well-established independent preparatory school in Berkshire is seeking a Site Assistant (Afternoon) to join their friendly and supportive Site Team.

You'll play a key role in maintaining the school's buildings and grounds, supporting with daily upkeep, cleaning checks, and basic repairs, and assisting with school events and site security.

You will need:

Practical maintenance and repair skills
A flexible, can-do attitude
Team spirit and good communication skills
A full UK driving licence
