Supervisor- Social Housing

18 Recruitment are looking for a supervisors for our social housing client based in Oldbury
Must have Proven experience in supervising maintenance works within the social housing sector (planned, reactive, or voids). Strong knowledge of repairs and maintenance operations and health and safety compliance. Previous supervisory experience
Responsibilities include and not limited to
* Day-to-day supervision of the contract dealing with residents, customers and ensuring that all operatives are working efficiently and productively
* Ensuring that suppliers/subcontractor works are carried out in accordance with the work sheets given and in a timely manner meeting all contract KPI targets.
* Liaising with the residents and customers and dealing with any queries or issues which may arise.
* Ensuring works are completed on time and to a high quality standard.
* Organising operatives, assist in planning appointments in conjunction with the call centre.
* Completion of appropriate paperwork such as method statements and risk assessments, delivering tool box talks.
* Liaise with residents and clients to address queries, complaints, and service issues.
* Attend pre-inspections and provide detailed reports within agreed timeframes (48 hours for standard orders, 24 hours for complaints/emergencies).
Requirements:.
* Repairs and maintenance Industry
* Previous supervisory experience on a maintenance site
* Full UK Driving License
* Understanding of SOR codes
