What you’ll be doing:

You'll play a key role on-site, working closely with project managers, designers, and other stakeholders to ensure work is delivered safely, on time, and to a high standard. From setting out with total stations and GPS to reviewing technical drawings in AutoCAD, your input will be essential at every stage of the process.

Day-to-day, you’ll:

Carry out accurate site surveys using total station and GPS equipment

Read and produce technical drawings and plans in AutoCAD

Ensure all work meets relevant industry standards and project specs

Coordinate with the wider team to keep projects on track and within budget

Monitor progress and flag issues early to keep everything running smoothly

Experience:

Experience as a Site Engineer, ideally in civil engineering or landscaping

Confident using surveying equipment like total stations and GPS

Skilled in AutoCAD and interpreting technical plans

Detail-oriented with a practical approach to problem-solving

Strong communicator who works well both independently and with others
