The Role:
We are looking for a Senior Project Manager to join our team — someone who can act as the Managing Director’s right-hand person and take the lead in overseeing multiple construction sites through our network of on-site managers.

You’ll be responsible for ensuring each project is running smoothly, maintaining high standards of quality and safety, and keeping tight control over programme and budget.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee multiple construction sites across the North East region.

Manage and support on-site project managers and site teams.

*

Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to specification.

Monitor health & safety and ensure compliance across all sites.

*

Liaise with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers to maintain excellent communication and working relationships.

*

Report progress, issues, and financial status directly to company leadership.

*

Assist in planning and programming upcoming works.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Senior Project Manager in the construction industry.

*

Strong leadership and organisational skills.

*

Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.

*

Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel to sites.
