Salary: €80,000 – €90,000 + Benefits

Overview:
Our client, a leading developer delivering high-end residential projects across the Algarve, is seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee the construction of luxury villas in Albufeira. This is a key position offering the opportunity to lead prestigious developments from inception through to completion, ensuring the highest standards of quality and finish.

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage the full project lifecycle, from planning and procurement to handover.
• Oversee site operations, ensuring works are completed to programme, budget, and specification.
• Coordinate with architects, consultants, and contractors to ensure design and delivery excellence.
• Monitor progress, quality, and safety standards throughout the project.
• Prepare reports and communicate project updates to senior management.
• Provide strong on-site leadership to multidisciplinary teams.

Requirements:
• Degree in Civil Engineering – essential requirement.
• Proven experience as a Project Manager on high-end residential or villa developments.
• Experience working in Ireland or the UK is highly desirable.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Fluent in both written and spoken Portuguese & English
• Candidates must hold EU citizenship
