We are currently seeking an experienced Mechanical Project Manager to join our team on a large-scale commercial hospital build in South London.

Key Requirements:

* Valid CSCS Black Card

* SMSTS certification

* Proven experience managing mechanical packages on large commercial projects, ideally within a hospital or healthcare environment

* Strong leadership and coordination skills with the ability to manage subcontractors, schedules, and budgets effectively

* Excellent communication and organisational abilities

* Must live within a commutable distance to the Streatham area of London

Responsibilities:

* Oversee the mechanical installation works on-site

* Ensure compliance with health & safety and quality standards

* Manage project timelines, budgets, and reporting

* Liaise with the client, consultants, and project team to deliver successful outcomes
