Location: Warwickshire

Salary: £40-45,000 DOE

I'm working with a renowned Warwickshire-based architectural practice to find a Senior Architect. The team are celebrated for delivering award-winning projects across the heritage, education, hospitality, leisure, and community sectors. Blending sensitive conservation with innovative contemporary design, this established studio has built a reputation for quality, context, and creativity – and now, they're seeking an experienced Senior Architect to play a pivotal role in their growing team. As a Senior Architect, you'll lead the design and delivery of projects from concept through to completion, balancing design vision with technical excellence. You'll work closely with clients, consultants, and the internal team to produce architecture that respects heritage while embracing contemporary ambition.

Key Responsibilities

Lead design development across all RIBA stages, ensuring creative vision is upheld through technical delivery

Oversee project teams and coordinate with consultants, contractors, and stakeholders to achieve design, programme, and budget goals

Prepare and review design drawings, presentations, and technical documentation

Manage planning and listed building consent processes where required

Contribute to the practice's design quality, sustainability standards, and innovative approach

Mentor and inspire junior architects and technologists, fostering a collaborative studio culture

About You

Proven experience as a Senior Architect or Project Architect within a UK architectural practice

A strong portfolio demonstrating design excellence and project delivery across relevant sectors

Proficiency in Revit (AutoCAD and SketchUp experience an advantage)

Experience with heritage or conservation-led projects (highly desirable)

Excellent communication, leadership, and coordination skills

ARB registration (essential); RIBA Chartered status (preferred)
