Job Title: Site Manager – Cut & Carve / Demolition / RC Frame

Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Site Manager to oversee complex cut & carve, demolition, and RC frame packages on major commercial refurbishment schemes across London. The successful candidate will take full responsibility for day-to-day site operations, ensuring safety, quality, and programme delivery are maintained to the highest standard.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage site operations from start to completion, ensuring works are delivered safely and efficiently

Coordinate with engineers, subcontractors, and the wider project team to maintain progress and quality

*

Oversee temporary works, structural alterations, and complex sequencing on live sites

*

Ensure compliance with Health & Safety standards and company procedures

*

Lead toolbox talks and manage site documentation

*

Monitor productivity, resource allocation, and subcontractor performance

*

Report to the Project Manager and provide regular updates on progress and key risks

Requirements:

*

Proven experience as a Site Manager on cut & carve, demolition, or RC frame projects

*

Strong knowledge of structural refurbishment and temporary works

*

SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid certification

*

Excellent communication and leadership skills

*

Ability to manage multiple subcontractor packages on fast-paced city projects
