Job Title: Project Manager – Cut & Carve / Demolition / RC Frame

Overview:
We are looking for an accomplished Project Manager to lead the delivery of complex cut & carve, demolition, and RC frame schemes in Central London. The role will suit someone with a proven background managing structural refurbishments and overseeing projects from pre-construction through to completion.

Key Responsibilities:

Full project ownership, including planning, procurement, delivery, and handover

*

Oversee site teams, subcontractors, and consultants to ensure programme, budget, and quality targets are achieved

*

Manage Health & Safety, risk assessments, and method statements

*

Liaise closely with clients, design teams, and commercial departments to ensure smooth project execution

*

Drive progress meetings and provide leadership on sequencing, temporary works, and logistics planning

*

Identify and resolve design and buildability challenges on live sites

Requirements:

*

Significant experience as a Project Manager within structural refurbishment, cut & carve, or RC frame environments

*

Strong understanding of temporary works, demolition methodology, and structural sequencing

*

Excellent commercial and client-facing skills

*

SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid essential

*

Ability to lead multiple teams and manage complex inner-city projects
