Commercial Manager

A renowned residential developer is looking for a Senior Commercial Manager to take commercial leadership of a 600 unit flagship multi-block RC frame development in South West London

The Role:

You will lead the commercial strategy and cost management of the scheme, overseeing a team of five and ensuring robust financial control across pre-construction and delivery. This is a senior leadership role with significant responsibility and visibility across the business.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage a commercial team of five
Oversee procurement strategy, packages and contract negotiations
Maintain cost control, forecasting and reporting
Manage subcontractor accounts, valuations and payments
Work closely with technical, construction and finance teams
Report at senior management level on budget performance and riskPackage:

£105,000 salary
£8,000 car allowance
