Technical Coordinator

A major residential developer is looking for a Technical Coordinator to join the team working on a new multi-phase scheme in South West London.

The Development:

The project will be creating c300 homes that are a mix of traditional build housing and low-rise apartments. It is a 4-year build programme with demolition starting summer 2026.

The Role:

Working closely with the Technical and Design teams, you'll coordinate drawings, manage consultants and support the pre-construction and delivery process. This is a key role in ensuring information is accurate, compliant and delivered to programme.

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate design information across consultants and internal teams
Manage drawings, specifications and approvals
Support planning, value engineering and buildability reviews
Assist with technical reporting and compliance requirements
Liaise with commercial and construction teams ahead of site startPackage:

£45,000 basic salary
