Key Responsibilities
·Take ownership of mechanical building services design for large-scale building projects.
·Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams to deliver coordinated, efficient designs.
·Produce high-quality technical specifications, calculations, and reports.
·Ensure quality standards are met through rigorous review and coordination.
·Contribute to project planning, budgeting, and delivery within agreed timescales.
·Use BIM and relevant software tools to produce accurate and sustainable designs.

What We're Looking For
·Degree-qualified Mechanical Engineer with proven experience in building services design.
·Working towards or holding membership of a relevant professional body such as CIBSE.
·Skilled in low-carbon, sustainable design principles and proficient with IES, BIM, or similar software tools.
·Excellent communicator and proactive problem-solver with a collaborative approach to teamwork.
