Architect Permanent Opportunity
Location: Birmingham City Centre
Salary: Up to £55,000

We're working with a design-led architectural practice to recruit a qualified Architect to join their collaborative team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a registered professional to take ownership of projects, coordinate design teams, and contribute to high-quality delivery across a range of sectors.

Key Responsibilities

Lead day-to-day project delivery, reporting to senior team members
Coordinate design teams and liaise with clients, consultants, and contractors
Produce design proposals, technical documentation, and measured surveys
Manage planning and building control processes, including liaison with local authorities
Chair and document design meetings, attend site visits, and support contract administration
Mentor junior staff and contribute to internal quality standards
Maintain project trackers, records, and documentation using relevant software
Represent the practice externally and support business development activities
Essential Requirements

RIBA Part 1, 2, and 3 qualifications (or international equivalent with UK NARIC comparability)
Current ARB registration as an Architect
Strong design and technical skills, with experience across RIBA work stages
Proficiency in Revit or AutoCAD, Adobe Photoshop, and MS Office 365
Familiarity with NBS Chorus and project management tools
Excellent communication, organisation, and problem-solving abilities
Ability to work independently and lead small teams
