Ganger Required – Ayrshire

We are looking for an experienced Ganger to join a leading civil engineering and construction contractor on a high-profile project in Ayrshire. This is a long-term opportunity offering consistent work for the right individual.

Details:

Hours: 08:00 – 18:00 (9.5 hours paid)
Duration: 4 months
Pay: £22.71 per hour (CIS)
Responsibilities:

Supervising and working alongside a team of Groundworkers
Overseeing drainage and service installations
Ensuring all site works are completed safely, efficiently, and to specification
Reading and working accurately from site plans and technical drawings
Coordinating with site management to maintain progress and quality standards
Requirements:

Valid Blue or Gold CSCS Card
Proven experience leading a team on groundworks or civil engineering projects
Strong knowledge of drainage, ducting, and utility installations
Full Right to Work in the UK
