External Façade Manager – Woking (School Project)

Our client is seeking an experienced External Façade Manager to join a school project in Woking starting November 10th. With approximately 3–6 months remaining on the build, they need a reliable and proactive individual to oversee the external façade packages through to completion.

🔧 Key Responsibilities:

Oversee all aspects of the external façade works, including cladding, insulation, windows, and roofing interfaces

*

Ensure works are completed to specification, on time and within health & safety guidelines

*

Liaise with subcontractors, site team, and client representatives

*

Manage quality control and snagging processes

*

Coordinate with the design team on detailing and installation challenges

✅ Requirements:

*

Proven experience managing façades on similar education or commercial projects

*

Strong understanding of external envelope systems

*

SMSTS, CSCS (Black/Gold), and First Aid certifications

*

Excellent communication and organisational skills
