The Role
We’re seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join our team. You’ll take full ownership of procurement, contracts, and cost management, ensuring the successful delivery of high-end residential refurbishments. This is a client-facing role, requiring both commercial expertise and excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

Manage all aspects of cost control from tender through to final account

*

Prepare, negotiate, and manage JCT contracts

*

Oversee procurement and subcontractor packages

*

Provide accurate cost reporting and cash flow forecasting

*

Work closely with clients, architects, and project teams to maintain high standards of quality and value

Requirements

*

Proven experience as a Lead Quantity Surveyor in high-end residential refurbishment

*

Strong knowledge of the London luxury residential market

*

Excellent understanding of JCT contracts

*

Exceptional communication, negotiation, and client liaison skills

*

Detail-oriented, proactive, and commercially astute
