Project Manager
My clients are an ambitious, exciting and friendly company, who are one of the UK’s leading fully managed warehouse & office fit-out solution providers, and are currently looking for an experienced Project Manager.
As a Senior Project Manager, you will take ownership of multiple projects – overseeing everything from design collaboration to installation and handover. You will manage customer relationships, suppliers, and subcontractors, ensuring every project is delivered safely, on time, and to the highest standards.
Key responsibilities:
* Manage full project lifecycle from order to completion
* Translate customer need into practical, efficient solutions
* Procure materials, labour and plant and coordinate multiple contractors
* Produce work programmes and H&S documentation (CDM compliance)
* Kick off and monitor projects with regular site inspections and customer liaison
* Monitor progress, budgets, risks and opportunities
* Cultivate additional sales opportunities
To be considered:
* Based in the Northwest
* Experience in racking, mezzanines, internal fit-outs, or related sectors (eg MHE, construction)
* 3+ years pr project management experience, highly organised and technically literate
* Strong negotiation, organisation, and communication skills
* Understanding of contract conditions and H&S legislation
* A customer-focussed mindset and passion for delivering great results
