Project Manager

Project Manager – Hotel Build | Reading | £350-£400 per day CIS

We're recruiting for an experienced Project Manager to oversee a large hotel construction project in Reading. This is a contract role, ideal for someone confident leading complex builds with a strong technical understanding of external envelope and structural packages.

The Role

Lead the delivery of a new-build hotel project from structural works through to completion.

Manage all on-site activities, ensuring the project runs safely, to programme, and within budget.

Oversee major external packages – groundworks, structural steel, façades, windows, and roofing.

Coordinate subcontractors and drive progress in line with project milestones.

Report directly to the Contracts Manager and work closely with the wider delivery team.

About You

Proven experience as a Project Manager on commercial or hospitality projects.

Strong technical background in steel frame structures and external envelope packages.

Excellent organisational, communication, and leadership skills.

SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid certification required.
