Site Manager

We are currently looking to recruit a Site Manager for a Construction site in Oxford working for a specialist Joinery & Carpentry company.

You will be responsible for managing the day to day operations on site as well as but not limited to:-

Manage and liaise with all subcontractors to ensure they comply with the programme and delivery expectations.
Ensure all site works and activities are as per a competent design, in line with regulatory compliance/standards and installed in line with the customer's expectations.
Work closely with our Client, Architects, and any other project consultants to ensure a good working relationship.
Ensure we achieve the quality that we have promised to deliver.This is an exciting project to be a part of and is based on one of Oxford's Technology parks.

The successful candidate will require:-

SMSTS

CSCS

A proven track record in Carpentry & Joinery.
