Piling Recruitment Group is working with a leading piling and ground engineering contractor who is looking to recruit 2 Graduate Engineers to join their team.

This is an exciting opportunity for ambitious graduates looking to start their career in piling and ground engineering, gaining hands-on experience across both office and site-based work.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist senior engineers in planning, design, and delivery of piling and ground improvement projects

*

Support site teams with day-to-day operations, supervision, and reporting

*

Contribute to project documentation, technical drawings, and reports

*

Learn and develop practical skills in piling, rigid inclusions, precast, and other ground engineering disciplines

Requirements:

*

Degree in Civil, Structural, or Geotechnical Engineering (or related discipline)

*

Full UK driving licence

*

Willingness to travel to sites as required

*

Eager to learn, proactive, and motivated to develop a long-term career in ground engineering

*

Strong communication and teamwork skills
