Trainee Health & Safety Advisor – Gloucestershire (Sites across Glos, Bristol & Swindon)

We’re recruiting on behalf of our client, a well-established groundworks business, for a Trainee Health & Safety Advisor to join their team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to start a career in health & safety with real on-site and office experience.

About the Role:
As a Trainee Health & Safety Advisor, you’ll be supporting the company’s H&S team across office and live construction sites, assisting with inspections, audits, and compliance. This role comes with full training and a clear progression path to a Health & Safety Manager position.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct site inspections and assist with audits

*

Support the implementation of health & safety procedures

*

Maintain H&S records and reports

*

Promote a strong safety culture across the business

*

Liaise with site teams and management to ensure compliance

Requirements:

Proactive, eager to learn, and committed to developing a career in H&S

*

Good communication and organisational skills

*

Interest in construction, groundworks, or health & safety

*

Full UK driving licence

*

Previous H&S experience or qualifications are a bonus but not essential
