You’ll play a key role in ensuring projects run smoothly — managing scheduling, procurement, and communication between clients, suppliers, and installers.

Key Responsibilities

Administration & Financial Support

* Prepare quotations, purchase orders, and reports

* Verify supplier invoices and assist with billing

* Track budgets, project timelines, and delivery milestones

Customer & Supplier Communication

* Liaise with clients, suppliers, and engineers

* Maintain clear, professional communication at all stages

* Ensure first-class customer service and timely delivery

Operational & Project Coordination

* Support the Project Manager with project documentation and reporting

* Coordinate deliveries and small warehouse operations

* Help streamline internal systems and improve efficiency

About You

You’re organised, proactive, and eager to develop a career in project management, operations, or construction.
You may currently work as a Project Coordinator, Customer Services,Construction Administrator, or Operations Assistant, or be a graduate with strong organisational skills.

Skills & Qualities:

* Experience in administration, coordination, or project support (B2B ideal)

* Excellent organisation, communication, and multitasking ability

* Strong interpersonal skills and team-oriented mindset

* Confident using Microsoft Office; CRM/job management systems a plus

* Interest in construction, installation, or the built environment desirable

* Reliable, ethical, and motivated to build a long-term career
