The Role:
As a Quantity Surveyor, you will take full commercial responsibility for façade and envelope packages, managing projects from early design stages through to final account. You'll work closely with pre-construction and operational teams, ensuring seamless delivery on NEC contracts across high-profile London-based schemes.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage full QS duties on cladding, metalwork, and roofing packages (up to £10m)

*

Work closely with design, operations, and site teams from pre-construction to completion

*

Administer NEC contracts – assessment of CE’s, compensation events, programme impact, etc.

*

Manage cost control, valuations, variations, and final accounts

*

Prepare procurement schedules and tender documentation

*

Liaise with Tier 1 clients and stakeholders to ensure commercial alignment

*

Provide regular reporting on project performance and risks

*

Contribute to a positive team culture while working independently where required

Requirements:

*

Minimum 4+ years' experience as a Quantity Surveyor

*

Proven background in façades, cladding, roofing or building envelope packages

*

Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with NEC contracts (essential)

*

Commercially astute with excellent communication and negotiation skills

*

Ability to work independently and collaboratively across departments

*

Experience with Tier 1 Main Contractor interfaces is highly desirable
