About the Role

We're recruiting on behalf of a well-established domestic maintenance contractor for an experienced Core Driller to work across occupied and vacant residential properties in the South West.

The ideal candidate will have strong general building knowledge and roofing experience, with a professional and reliable approach to working in people's homes.

Key Responsibilities

Carry out core drilling through brick, block, and concrete for domestic service installations.

Complete general maintenance and repair work on residential properties.

Undertake roofing repairs, including flashing, tile replacement, and leak tracing.

Follow all health & safety procedures and maintain a clean, tidy work area.

Look after company vehicle, tools, and equipment.

Requirements

Proven experience in core drilling and domestic property maintenance.

Roofing experience essential.

Full UK driving licence.

Strong understanding of safe working practices in occupied homes.

Reliable, polite, and able to work independently.
