Chartered / Senior Building Surveyor | £40k – £55k + £4k car allowance + benefits

Opportunity for a commercially focused Building Surveyor to join our client’s Building Consultancy team in Liverpool. You’ll work with investor and occupier clients across the UK and EMEA, delivering a full range of professional building surveying services from technical due diligence to contract administration and dilapidations.

✅ What you’ll need

* MRICS qualified (Building Surveying pathway preferred)

* 1–2 years’ relevant post-qualification experience

* Strong technical, communication and client management skills

* Able to lead projects independently and as part of a multi-disciplinary team

* Confident in managing and developing client relationships

💼 What you’ll do

* Lead and deliver instructions in contract administration and dilapidations

* Prepare building surveys, PPM schedules and defect analyses

* Undertake technical due diligence for investment and occupier clients

* Support business development and contribute to team growth

💰 Salary and benefits

* £40,000 – £55,000

* £4k car allowance
