The Role:
Your day-to-day will be varied and engaging. You will be responsible for:
Carrying out essential planned preventative maintenance on mechanical and electrical systems.
Responding efficiently to reactive maintenance tasks and resolving faults.
Conducting vital legionella control and monitoring activities.
Managing your workload effectively using our CAFM system.
Ensuring the highest standards by overseeing subcontractors and upholding health and safety protocols.
What We Need From You:
Around 5 years of hands-on experience as a Mechanical Engineer, preferably in a facilities management environment.
A formal qualification: City & Guilds – Mechanical Engineering Services NVQ Level 2 or higher.
A full, clean UK driving licence.
Excellent communication and IT skills, with the ability to write clear reports and liaise confidently with clients and colleagues.
The ability to pass a standard DBS check.
