Job Title: Quantity Surveyor – New Build Care Home (Permanent)

Location: Farnham (Hybrid – Office, Site & Remote)

Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Quantity Surveyor to join our growing regional contracting business to support the delivery of a new 120-bed care home development. Key Responsibilities:

Manage all commercial aspects of the project from procurement through to final account.

Prepare valuations, variations, and cost reports in line with JCT contract requirements.

Procure and manage subcontractor packages, ensuring best value and compliance.

*

Conduct site visits and liaise closely with project and site teams to monitor progress and financial performance.

*

Support project planning and cost control, maintaining accurate records and forecasts.

*

Contribute to a positive team culture and uphold company standards for quality, safety, and integrity.

Requirements:

*

Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor on new build or large-scale construction projects.

*

Strong understanding of JCT Contracts and subcontractor procurement.

*

Excellent numerical, analytical, and communication skills.

*

Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment.

*

Ambitious and career-driven, with the desire to grow within a medium-sized regional contractor.

*

Full UK driving licence required.
