Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate design deliverables throughout all project stages, from concept to handover.

Manage and maintain the design schedule, ensuring alignment with procurement and construction programmes.

Facilitate design reviews, manage risk logs, and ensure compliance with project standards and regulations.

Act as a key point of contact between multidisciplinary teams, promoting collaboration and clear communication.

Review drawings and specifications to ensure buildability, quality, and design integrity.
*
Support document control processes, ensuring accurate version management and approvals.
Requirements:

Previous experience as a Design Coordinator or in a similar construction/design role.
*
Strong understanding of clash detection, space management, and design coordination processes.
*
Excellent organisational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
*
Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel to sites as required.
