Job Runner
Blueprint Recruitment have an exciting new opportunity on offer for multiple seasoned Job Runners to become active members of a leading architecture firm, in a permanent position, but a contract role will be considered. As a part of this position, you will be required to work on a hybrid basis, working 3 days a week, from our client's London office. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work on a variety of Middle Eastern Architecture projects, as a valued asset to a dynamic workforce.
-Competitive salary ranging between £50,000-£60,000 (depending on experience).

Responsibilities:
-Support the collection, return, and delivery of project samples, documents, materials, and models, between project sites, offices, contractors, and suppliers.
-Manage various courier activities, errands, and assist with collections and on-site deliveries when required.
-Provide aid to professional teams, supporting logistical activities, such as coordinating with vendors, setting up meeting rooms, and last-minute material retrieval.
-Ensure that the job runner inventory is organised and effectively maintained by keeping track of consumables, tools, and materials.
-Collaborate with stakeholders, both internal and external, to coordinate schedule drop-offs, pick-ups, and maintenance activities.
-Ensure that all ongoing works align with timeframes, whilst maintaining accuracy, professionalism, and reliability throughout.
Requirements:
-Previous experience as a Job Runner, or a similar support, administrative, and/or logistics position, with extensive experience with Revit or related software.
-A full UK driving license, with the willingness to travel when required.
-Strong time management skills, with the ability to manage and prioritise concurrent tasks, ensuring they meet the agreed timelines.
-Solid written and verbal communication skills, whilst being able to collaborate effectively with internal and external teams.
-Must possess a proactive and professional mindset, with a strong attention to detail, and a willingness to support teams wherever needed
