Sellick Partnership are currently recruiting for a Homelessness & Housing Solutions Officer to join one of our Worcestershire based clients on a temporary contract
Daily duties of the Homelessness & Housing Solutions Officer:
Provide a professional and compliant service firmly focussed on the prevention and relief of homelessness.
Support the strategic and operational managers in delivering the vision, strategies and initiatives for the Homelessness and Housing Solutions Team.
Ensure that all inbound telephone calls to the service are handled professionally and within any set service levels in operation at the time.
Provide correct information to tenants regarding re-housing, benefits or any other relevant tenancy issues.
Provide support to customers with making housing register applications.
Essential experience of the Homelessness & Housing Solutions Officer:
Previously experience working within Homelessness and Housing Solutions
Able to travel to site 2 days per week
