In this role, you will oversee a portfolio of new-build and refurbishment projects across roofing, cladding, and façades. Your key responsibility will be to ensure robust financial control throughout the project lifecycle, from inception to completion. You will also play a vital role in managing relationships with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers, driving commercial performance and ensuring successful delivery on every project.
The ideal candidate will bring proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor within the construction industry, with applications welcomed from a range of sector backgrounds. The Role:
*Managing several new build and refurb projects simultaneously
*Maintain financial control of projects from start to finish, including monthly job costing review, and final accounts agreements
*Build effective relationships with other departments, subcontractors and
*Office-based near Aylesbury, with some site travel when required
The Person:
*Quantity Surveyor with a construction background
*Full UK Driving license
*Commutable distance from Aylesbury
