A vibrant RIBA Chartered architectural practice is currently seeking an Architectural Technician to join their team in the Lymm office. This is a fantastic opportunity to work within a small, collaborative team on a diverse range of projects across the UK, including residential, commercial, education, and heritage sectors. The practice values individuals who bring strong technical skills, a solid understanding of construction, and the confidence to work independently as well as part of a team. The role may also be suitable for qualified Architects with the appropriate experience.

Prepare and manage drawings using AutoCAD
Assist in the design and development of architectural projects
Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with clients
Ensure technical accuracy and compliance with construction standards
Contribute to project planning and problem-solvingIdeal Candidate:

Strong AutoCAD skills
Good understanding of construction methods and detailing
Confident working independently and within a team
Qualified Architect or Architectural Technician with relevant experience
Motivated, detail-oriented, and eager to contribute to varied projects
