Groundworks Foreman

Synergy Personnel is currently seeking an experienced Groundworks Foreman for an exciting opportunity with a well-established contractor. The successful candidate will play a key role in overseeing groundworks operations on a development site.

Key Requirements:

✅ SMSTS (Site Management Safety Training Scheme)
✅ First Aid at Work Certification
✅ Proven experience as a Groundworks Foreman, preferably on Taylor Wimpey sites
✅ Strong leadership and communication skills
✅ Ability to manage teams, liaise with site management, and ensure work is carried out safely and to high standards
✅ In-depth knowledge of all aspects of groundworks – including drainage, foundations, roads, and external works
